You can organize your accommodation independently or you can request the lodging booking service to the School secretary.
You can choose between different options according to your needs.
B&B-HOST FAMILY
Homestay accommodation with breakfast, or breakfast and dinner
Price:
Half board price: 300.00 euros / week, 950.00 euros / month
Price for breakfast only: € 200 / week, € 640 / month
APARTAMENT
Single in a shared apartment with shared bathroom and kitchen. Prices: 180 euro/week, 650 euro/month.
Ensuite room in a shared apartment, with kitchen: starting from € 350/week € 800/moth, including all household expenses (except telephone)
RESIDENCE
15 minutes to our school by the subway)
In the Residence you can stay in a one-room-flat with private kitchen area and private bathroom or ensuite single room.
The price include utilities (telephone excepted), change of linen and cleaning. The flats are equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet connection, telephone, TV and all the kitchen appliances.
Prices:
Single room with private bathroom and shared kitchen in student residence- Price: 376 euro / week, 800-900 euro / month).
Mini apartment Price: 310, 00 euro/week, 1050, 00 euro/month.
HOTEL
Based on the student’s requests, our school will book a room at the numerous hotels in Milan, in order to meet the needs of the pupil in a satisfactory manner.
Price: minimum € 50 per night.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our school is just an intermediary with the landlord
Our school will charge a fee of € 50,00 for the research and reservation of the lodging. This amount will be added to the price of the lodging and is not refundable in case of renunciation or variation.
The reserved lodging price must be paid within the day of the arrivalIf the student decides to move to a different lodging, he/she must inform the landlord at least 4 weeks in advance and must pay anyway
In case of damages done to the lodgings, the landlord is entitled to direct indemnification by the studentStudents must behave so that no disturbance is caused to neighbours and flat/roommates, in all the lodgings reserved by our school.
The reservation of the lodging is strictly personal and the presence of any guest must be agreed directly with the landlord
